Key stakeholders in the cardiac service line shared their values, beliefs, strengths and opportunies – and from that emerged acompelling identity: Your heart, with a touch of our soul. The campaign launched during heart month in print, online and cable. Results show a 7% increase in direct website traffic, as well as significant increase in call volume to the vanity phone number for cardiac services.
