What We Do

Strategy

We develop campaigns and brands that connect with your consumers and get a reaction. We connect with your audience across all channels to make them think of you first, and like you best. From the initial discovery stage to the launch and measurement stage, we develop the story of your brand. We dig deep and work with you to launch brand values, value proposition and positioning to consumers. Brands are living organisms and are most powerful when they take on their own voice, and make the connection with your consumers.

Our process

  • Strategic Positioning
Positioning is the heart of a brand. It defines what a brand is, its benefits and competitive advantages, and what it means to the target market. In short, brand positioning establishes an emotional connection with your customers. It’s how you want your company to be perceived in their minds and among competitors.
  • Consumer Persona’s
We apply our findings from customer segmentation to user profiles that represent a brand’s target markets, then map out scenarios in which those users might interact with a brand. Defining informed interactions helps us predict pain points and provides insight into functionality and user behavior.
  • Brand Attributes
Brand attributes are characteristics that describe the intrinsic and extrinsic qualities of a brand. They reveal its personality, functionality, and physical traits through imagery, language, actions, and assumptions. Attributes are what allow us to identify brands.
  • Competitive Analysis
A thorough competitive analysis is critical for any emerging or evolving business. This process identifies the strengths and weaknesses in a brand’s competitive landscape, allowing your company to better understand the market, target customers more effectively, and make intelligent decisions about how to grow your brand.
  • Go-to-Market (G2M) Plans
A go-to-market (G2M) strategy is the way in which a company brings a product to market. It generally includes a business plan outlining the target audience, marketing plan, and sales strategy. Each product and market are different, therefore each G2M strategy should be thoroughly thought out, mapping a market problem and solution a product offers.

Branding

We see the branding process as the coming together of strategy and design, believing both are vital to creating brands that connect. We concentrate our minds on powerful ideas for design, before implementing and embedding those into organizations.

At the heart of Brandhaus we’ve refined and patented our process called Brandcore®. This methodology defines your strategic touchpoints, and creates a Go-to-Market plan tailored to your needs. Our workshop will take you through a series of discovery questions and exercises that will serve as a roadmap for your short and long term goals, as well as create a brand look and feel that will speak to your target market, and serve as the face of your organization.

Our process

  • Logo and Identity Systems
We work collaboratively to create the most truthful, compelling, and beautiful image of your brand. Supported by diligent research and fearless iteration, we explore many possibilities before arriving at a comprehensive and versatile identity system.
  • Naming and Messaging
What do you want to say, and what’s the best way to say it? Language defines a brand as much as aesthetics, and we can work with you to develop the perfect verbal identity. From naming your company to articulating brand promise and positioning, we’re here to help pinpoint and amplify the most authentic voice for your brand.
  • Brand Guidelines
Consistency drives the power and integrity of a brand. We bulletproof your brand by creating logo specifications and guidelines for typography, color, iconography, image style and usage, and more. This ensures that anyone can apply your brand assets correctly and consistently.
  • Marketing and Brand Collateral
How do your customers engage with your brand? Through advertising? Printed matter? Social media? We can help amplify your voice by translating your brand to an infinite array of print, digital, and video campaigns that can grow with you and remain authentic in a multitude of touchpoints.
  • Environmental Design
Brands are not just seen—they are experienced. In addition to a company’s logo and digital presence, brands must also communicate in the physical world. We design displays, signage and wayfinding systems, and interior and exterior architecture that help your brand function in spaces of all shapes and sizes.

Digital + Web

Navigating the connected world can be complicated. We help mediate the space between users and the information they need by building intuitive, user-centric interfaces that engage, delight, and communicate clearly on all devices.

We carefully craft comprehensive digital experiences that function consistently and seamlessly across all browsers. From desktop screens to mobile phones and tablets, our websites scale and adapt smoothly to the ever-changing context of multi-device users and interactions.

Our process

  • Responsive Web Design and Development
We carefully craft comprehensive digital experiences that function consistently and seamlessly across all browsers. From desktop screens to mobile phones and tablets, our websites scale and adapt smoothly to the ever-changing context of multi-device users and interactions.
  • Information Architecture
We are devoted strategists and believe that thoughtful information architecture lays the groundwork for an intuitive, efficient, and effective website. We perform a thorough audit of existing and anticipated content, which we use to map out the most logical and organized structure for your site.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping
Wireframing is the visual translation of content and structure in the framework of an interface, and prototyping is the act of testing specific interactions in that context. Together, they allow us to study the effectiveness of a website and make fast, iterative decisions that will guarantee maximum usability of the fully developed site.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
Modern companies are dynamic, and so is the information they distribute. We are experts at implementing content management systems like WordPress, which give businesses complete control over their content and the flexibility to access, update, and deploy it effortlessly.
  • Analytics
Brands are not just seen—they are experienced. A website is just a … website. If your consumer isn’t engaging with your site, it’s really pointless to have one. We make sure we have “Call to Actions” as well as other methods to entice the consumer with your website and convert them into long time customers.

Television and Motion

We’re also a content creation agency. We produce commercials, YouTube spots, basically anything that has a moving screen. Yes, even films. And no, we don’t shoot with iPhones.

We make moving pictures for every device. We call this visual storytelling. From the big screen, to mobile devices, we create content that engages consumers into your brand. We’ve created award-winning videos that combine design, animation, live action and visual effects for businesses of all sizes.

Our process

  • Script Development
Whether you’re starting from scratch or reworking an existing script, we can help add, edit, and refine the details of your story and how you want to tell it. We’re a content creation organization that can guide every detail.
  • Story Boarding
If a script is the blueprint for a project, then storyboards are the foundation and framing. Storyboards map out the visual sequence of an animation, or live-action video and film.
  • Motion Graphics and Animation
Animated characters, typography, and graphics, help tell your brand’s story. We’re fluent in all types of animation. From 2D to 3D, traditional frame-by-frame animation, complex visual effects, and playful stop-motion, all using the latest technology.
  • Live Action Production
Located in Las Vegas, we have tons of experience shooting live action film. Live action is the process of filming actual actors and objects on sets, locations, or green-screen stage. We shoot, produce, and direct beautiful videos shot on larger than life stages, miniature sets, and everything in between.
  • Post Production
The process doesn’t stop after the shots have been captured. In post production, we edit and color correct footage, perfect the soundtrack, and apply visual effects and graphics through compositing. This is where everything comes together, and is prepped for screens of all sizes using programs such as Davinchi 17. We know are stuff, so you don’t have to.

Social Media

Social media is all around us. 79 percent of the population in the United States have a social networking profile, and it’s our job to make sure the content they are viewing relate to their personas. We have something big in the works for 2021, so stay tuned.

The Truth About Social Media

  • Daily Active Social Media Users
The usage of social media around the world is ever-increasing. It’s without a doubt one of the most popular online activities that users engage in. Social media statistics from 2019 show that there are 3.5 billion social media users worldwide, and this number is only growing. That equates to about 45% of the current population.
One of the reasons for this high usage of social media is because mobile possibilities for users are continually improving which makes it simpler by the day to access social media, no matter where you are. Most social media networks are also available as mobile apps or have been optimized for mobile browsing, making it easier for users to access their favorite sites while on the go.
  • Facebook is the Market Leader
Facebook has been shaping the social media landscape since its launch and is continually evolving to meet its user’s needs. With over 2.32 billion active monthly users, Facebook remains the most widely used social media platform. Active users are those that have logged into Facebook during the last 30 days. Roughly two-thirds of U.S. adults (68%) now report that they are Facebook users (Pewinternet, 2018). Interestingly, Facebook was also the first ever social network to surpass the one billion active user mark, reaching this milestone in the third quarter of 2012.Keeping this social media statistic in mind, you need to know how you can make the best out of your resources. With Facebook currently holding the position of the biggest social networking service based on global reach and total active users, it’s important to know how your content may potentially perform, and how you can optimize your paid and organic reach. If you’re thinking of posting on Facebook make sure you are up-to-date on how their algorithm works so you reach your best audience.
  • Social Media Users by Generation
Social media usage has been broken down by Emarketer and the results by generation are interesting, to say the least. To break down it down, 90.4% of Millennials, 77.5% of Generation X, and 48.2% of Baby Boomers are active social media users (Emarketer, 2019).Millennials continue to be the generation with the highest use of social media, and also the broadest access to smartphones. Gen X, on the other hand, are more likely to be using tablets. Lastly, Baby Boomers are also bridging their gap with technology and are increasingly becoming more familiar with social media platforms. Understanding this social media statistic will help determine which platform could be of most use when marketing to your target market.
  • How Much Time Do People Spend on Social Media
In this day and age, we’re all slowly becoming social media addicts. Whether it’s scrolling down our bottomless Facebook feeds on the subway, or posting the perfect brunch photo on Instagram before eating, social media has become inescapable. This social media statistic uncovers that an average of 3 hours are spent per day per person on social networks and messaging (Globalwebindex, 2019).As social media is becoming more integrated into our daily lives, it unveils countless opportunities for businesses who are looking to reach out to their audience through social media marketing.
  • The Power of Social Media Marketing
Brands are riding the wave of social media marketing. 73% of marketers believe that their efforts through social media marketing have been “somewhat effective” or “very effective” for their business (Buffer, 2019).Brands are continuing to include social media in their marketing strategy – and for all the right reasons. Whether it’s influencer marketing or story ads, they’re trying it all. Social media allows brands to access cost-effective marketing, interact with their audience, and build brand loyalty. But it’s difficult to measure the exact social media impact, as every social media platform measures activity differently.
  • Customers (yours) Are Using Social Media
Social media is growing in terms of its reach and impact, and this statistic is here to show just that. 54% of social browsers use social media to research products(GlobalWebIndex, 2018). More buyers are joining social media networks and looking for reviews and recommendations. That’s why it’s essential to have a prominent online presence on various social media platforms. The key is to find out which social media platform your target market is using most often and how to make the most out of it.
  • The Impact of Positive Customer Experience
At this point, it’s no surprise that social media marketing is essential for your business. One of the ways that your business could benefit from social media marketing is by providing the best possible customer service. The idea here is to manage your online presence and make sure that you keep in touch with your audience through social media platforms. This includes responding to comments, mentions, and messages. 71% of consumers who have had a positive experience with a brand on social media are likely to recommend the brand to their friends and family (Lyfemarketing, 2018). By interacting with customers through social media platforms you show them that you care. This step could go a long way in terms of building positive relationships with customers. So, don’t ignore your followers (Facebook followers, Instagram etc.) and try to get back to them in a timely manner.
  • Influencers Build Brand Trust
Influencer marketing is having a big moment now. Brands are increasingly turning to social media platforms for their marketing, and there are good reasons why. 49% of consumers claim that they depend on influencer recommendations on social media to inform their purchasing decision (Fourcommunications, 2018). This means that if consumers feel confident in the recommendation from an influencer, they’ll be more likely to purchase the product. This social media statistic makes it evident how brands could piggyback on the power of influencers to reach out to their customers.
  • Instagram Stories Usage
Stories are a big deal on Instagram. They let you share the moments of your day, without saving them to your profile. The following social media statistic shows us the number of daily active Instagram Stories users, which has increased from 150 million in January 2017 to 500 million in January 2019 (Statista, 2019).There’s a bunch you can do to make your Instagram stories more engaging, such as adding questions, polls, and fun stickers or music to make your content as unique as possible. Instagram stories invite brands to the possibility of higher creative freedom which might help their campaign become a success with their audience.
  • Social Media Users Via Mobile
The demand for mobile-friendly content across social media is rapidly increasing, and justifiably so. 91% of all social media users access social channels via mobile devices. Likewise, almost 80% of total time spent on social media sites occurs on mobile platforms (Lyfemarketing, 2018). Smartphones and social media are evolving side by side, and your brand should make sure to keep up. Mobile friendly interfaces are the way forward, and if you’re marketing online you need to make sure that your content and layout is optimized for mobile. And why not? People take their smartphones everywhere with them. If you want to be accessible, you have to keep mobile in mind.As you can see from these social media marketing statistics, different platforms can serve different purposes. You’ll have to be the judge of which social media platform contains your target audience which you want to market toward, and this could help shape your social media marketing plan. Use these social media stats to get better insights into the world of social media, and how you can maximize your results using these tools.

What our clients are saying

It is with much enthusiasm I am writing to recommend the services of Brandhaus.

Since 2007, I have retained and partnered with the creative team of Brandhaus. As executive in charge of marketing and communications at The American College of Healthcare Executives, the team at Brandhaus is an integral part of my ‘team’. I can say the same for the relationship Brandhaus had with me and my previous teams at Banner Health and Dignity Health in Arizona during my employment at those organizations. It is my understanding those relationships continue still today.

As a full-service agency, Brandhaus provides the creative capabilities needed to support our strategic marketing plan and various campaigns.
