We have a responsibility to create good design.
What do you want your consumer’s first reaction to your brand be?
You only get one chance to make a first impression.
Don’t be afraid to fail.
Everyone wants to be good. Look good. Feel good. But what does that cost? Can you put a price on a good brand?
I can’t tell you the price of a good brand, but do it negatively and I can guarantee it will do the opposite for free.
But what do good brands have in common?
I’ll keep is simple: They aren’t afraid to FAIL.
They believe in themselves and their organization. It comes with trusting their peers, as well as their agency to do the job properly and correctly.
Don’t be cheap.
In most cases, it’s not that you’re cheap, it’s that you’re uneducated about what goes into the actual process of designing a brand and the cost associated with it. A logo is not your brand. Logos are a graphic extension of the internal realities of a company.
If you plan on your brand being around for awhile (we hope you do), this isn’t the time to pinch pennies. We’ll give you some basic pricing scenarios in our case studies to help you get prepared for what you’re diving into.
The old awkward question “what’s your budget?” Trust me, we hate asking that question as much as you hate answering it. Typically it’s the last question we ask, but in our new agency model, we want to know what your spend is, so we can make the proper recommendations for your budget. This should be one of the first questions answered so we can focus on a plan together.
Creativity isn’t always a process that clocks in from 9 to 5. Some of my best campaigns have been dreamt up on an airplane where I have the least amount of disruption such as meetings, emails or phone calls. Just because I’m a professional doesn’t mean it takes me 10 minutes to develop your logo. In fact, I’ve found it to be quite the opposite. After 20 years in this business, the more questions I find helpful for the client, the more I find it helpful for myself in creating a brand that’s an extension of your organization. Our Brand Discovery session touches on every key point to develop your identity. Not only is it about how your brand looks, but more importantly what does is MEAN?
People are attracted to movements that they identify with and want to be a part of.
Sure, you could pay extra to get it quicker like UPS, but you’re actually doing yourself a disservice. Trust the process, and plan ahead. And our agency doesn’t work with micro-managers, so don’t do that.
We develop campaigns and brands that connect with your consumers and get a reaction. We connect with your audience across all channels to make them think of you first, and like you best. From the initial discovery stage to the launch and measurement stage, we develop the story of your brand. We dig deep and work with you to launch brand values, value proposition and positioning to consumers. Brands are living organisms and are most powerful when they take on their own voice, and make the connection with your consumers.

Positioning is the heart of a brand. It helps define what a brand is, as well as its benefits and competitive advantages. It establishes an emotional connection with your consumers. We use strategic positioning to determine and shape how your company is perceived in the minds of consumers and among competitors.
We use customer segmentation to create user profiles, representing a brand’s target markets, then map out scenarios in which those users might interact with a brand. This helps us predict potential pain points down the road and provides insight into functionality and user behavior.
Brand attributes describe the essential characteristics of a brand. This helps us understand your company’s personality, functionality, and physical traits, so we can determine how you should be portrayed through key messaging and creative.
A thorough competitive analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses in a brand’s competitive landscape. This helps your company better understand the market, more effectively target customers, and make better informed decisions about how to grow your brand. This is a critical step in our process.
Go-to-Market (G2M) Plans
A go-to-market (G2M) strategy is the way in which a company brings a product to market. It generally includes a business plan outlining the target audience, marketing plan, and sales strategy. Each product and market are different, so each G2M strategy we develop is thoroughly thought out, mapping a market problem and solution the product offers.
The branding process joins strategy with design. We believe both are vital to creating brands that connect with consumers. We focus on powerful ideas for design, and then work to integrate them effectively into organizations.
At the heart of Brandhaus, we’ve refined and patented our process called Brandcore®. This methodology defines your strategic touchpoints, and creates a Go-to-Market plan tailored to your needs. Our workshop will take you through a series of discovery questions and exercises that will serve as a roadmap for your short-and long-term goals, as well as create a brand look and feel that will speak to your target market, and serve as the face of your organization.

Logo and Identity Systems
We work collaboratively to create an accurate and compelling image of your brand. We employ focus groups and surveys, we research your market, and we test many possibilities before we arrive at a comprehensive identity system.
Naming and Messaging
Language defines a brand just as much as the visuals we use. We will work with you to develop the perfect verbal identity and key messaging. From naming your company to articulating your brand promise and positioning statements, we’re here to help you find the most authentic voice for your brand.
Your brand is most powerful when it is consistent. We will create complete logo specifications and corporate brand guidelines for typography, color, iconography, image style and usage, and more. This ensures anyone can apply your brand assets correctly and consistently down the road.
Marketing and Brand Collateral
Do your customers engage with your brand through advertising? Marketing collateral? Social media? We can translate your brand to an infinite array of print, digital, and video campaigns to best reach your target audience.
In addition to your logo and digital presence, we also design displays, signage and wayfinding systems, and interior and exterior architecture that help your brand function in a variety of spaces.
Digital and web platforms can be some of your most effective marketing tools when used effectively, but they are also some of the easiest tools to mishandle. We help connect users with interfaces that engage, delight, and communicate clearly across all devices and platforms.
We develop comprehensive digital experiences, and our meticulous testing ensures consistency from desktop screens to mobile phones and tablets, across all browser interfaces.

Responsive Web Design and Development
We craft comprehensive digital experiences that function consistently and seamlessly across all browsers and user interfaces. Wherever your message is being shared, we ensure our websites scale and adapt smoothly to the ever-changing context of multi-device users and interactions.
Strategy and thoughtful information architecture lays the groundwork for an efficient, user-friendly website. We audit your existing and anticipated content, which we then use to map out a logical and organized structure for your website.
Wireframing and Prototyping
Wireframing translates content and structure in the framework of an interface, and prototyping then tests specific interactions within that context. This allows us to study the effectiveness of a website and ensure maximum usability of the fully developed site.
Content Management Systems (CMS)
Modern companies are dynamic, just like the information they distribute. We are experts at implementing content management systems like WordPress. This affords our clients complete control over their content and offers the flexibility to access, update, and deploy their content effortlessly.
If your consumers aren’t engaging with your website, why even have one? We employ calls to action and other methods to entice your consumers to your website and convert them into long-time customers.
Social media is all around us. 79 percent of the population in the United States have a social networking profile, and it’s our job to make sure the content they are viewing relate to their personas. We have something big in the works, so stay tuned.

Television and Motion
We’re also a content creation agency. We produce commercials, YouTube spots, and basically anything with a moving screen (even films and documentaries). And no, we don’t shoot with iPhones.
We make moving pictures for every device. We call this visual storytelling. From the big screen, to mobile devices, we create content that engages consumers into your brand. We’ve created award-winning videos that combine design, animation, live action and visual effects for businesses of all sizes.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or reworking an existing script, we can help add, edit, and refine the details of your story. We’re a content creation organization that can guide every detail.
If a script is the blueprint for a project, then storyboards are the foundation and framing. Storyboards map out the visual sequence of an animation, or live-action video and film.
Motion Graphics and Animation
- Animated characters, typography, and graphics help tell your brand’s story. We’re fluent in all types of animation – from 2D to 3D, traditional frame-by-frame animation, complex visual effects, and playful stop-motion – all using the latest technology.
Live Action Production
With a branch in Las Vegas, we have tons of experience shooting live action film. Live action is the process of filming actual actors and objects on sets, locations, or green-screen stage. We shoot, produce, and direct beautiful videos shot on larger-than-life stages, miniature sets, and everything in between.
The process doesn’t stop after the shots have been captured. In post production, we edit and color correct footage, perfect the soundtrack, and apply visual effects and graphics through compositing. This is where everything comes together, and is prepped for screens of all sizes using programs such as Davinchi 17. We know are stuff, so you don’t have to.
